What you share with us

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and business name. You can also add a message, but it is optional. If you email or WhatsApp us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to send through that service.

Please only include information relevant to your enquiry. We do not need passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in the form.

How we use it

We use your details to respond, understand what you need and discuss the services you have asked about. Where you are considering a service, this may involve taking steps at your request before entering a contract. For other business enquiries, we use the information to handle and respond to the conversation.

The enquiry form does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.

The services involved

The form is provided by Tally. Submissions are stored in Tally and sent by email to Jack at jack@goodhonestdigital.com. Hosting, email and messaging providers also process information needed to operate their services.

If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled through that service. You can use email or the form instead. These providers have their own privacy information explaining their processing.

Keeping your information

Enquiry records are used while we discuss your request and for relevant follow-up. If you become a customer, some information may be needed for the service relationship and related records. Contact Jack if you would like us to explain what we hold about you or request deletion.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold, correct inaccurate information or request deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to receive a portable copy of your information.

Email jack@goodhonestdigital.com with your request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Website and form technology

We have not added advertising pixels or session recording to this website. The form is loaded from Tally; hosting and form services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services.
